Will Flour is a diverse family-owned business rooted in traditions, but innovative in its outlook. We are a close-knit, truly modern family of Filipino immigrants, Black, White and Native Americans whose values center around respect, love, caring and generosity. We travel in a world where everyone is called 'Aunty' or 'Uncle' and where distant cousins are simply cousins. Anyone who enters our home knows they're always welcome. There's always plenty of food and stories to share around the table.

We hope to share those same values with you and your family through our products. Inspired by other family-owned specialty food manufacturers, Will Flour was founded in Vermont in 2021.
