If you are not totally satisfied, we will do what we can to rectify the situation. Please contact us using the 'Contact' button on our menu if you have any questions or issues about your items, within 14 days of the delivery date.
We will not require you to return food items you have purchased and with which you are not satisfied.
You may request a refund by email with an explanation of the situation. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Your refund may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
